Cable Assembly

Ginko Systems LLC has been building cable assemblies as part of their day to day operations for decades. Originally for our own need, many of our customers found it was easier and less expensive for Ginko to build their cables. This is because Ginko Systems has invested in the Tools and Systems to efficiently build cables with a wide variety of Wires and Connectors. Some of this equipment include Automated Cutters, Hand and Auto Crimping Tools, Automated Labelling, and Test Procedures. We build a wide range cable and cable assemblies. The cables can be grouped into three broad categories, Single Conductor, Multi-Conductor, and Multi-Conductor with multi- Connectors. We build cables from a few inches to several hundred feet. We can package them as Tie-Wrapped, Laced, Shrink-Wrapped, Expanded Sleeving, or a combination of any of the above with or with out Strain Relief. Some examples of recent and ongoing projects are 6” 30 ga. uFL Coax antenna assembly, 6” 8 ga. Grounding strap with ring lug on one end, a variety of twisted pair cables for sensor assemblies, key switches and alarms, as well as multi-conductor, multi-wire, multi-connector assemblies for our Kiosk. Built to exact standards, UL-508 Self Certification, and when need Nuclear Standards, you can be assured your cable will be built to meet your requirements.
